Every Coolartizana order ships free within the United States. Here is what to expect once you order.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us at contact@coolartizana.shop and we will let you know what is possible.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for delivery: nothing.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 4–6 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
Your address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible; we can update the address only before the order ships.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered and you have not received it, email contact@coolartizana.shop within 7 days of the delivery date. See our refunds and returns policy for how we put things right.
