By using this website you agree to these terms. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use its content for any unlawful purpose.

Our products

Our pieces come from suppliers in Morocco and many are made by hand, so small variations in colour, size and finish are normal and are not defects. We describe and show every product as accurately as we can, but colours can look different on different screens, and some listings use illustrations until product photographs are available.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping within the United States is free. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may correct pricing errors; if a product was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing your order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you an email confirming it has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred; if we do, we refund any payment in full.

Returns and refunds

Content and trademarks

The Coolartizana name, logo, text, illustrations and site design belong to Coolartizana LLC. Some photographs on this site are used under Creative Commons licences and are credited where they appear. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coolartizana is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable US federal law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
